Project Description

 

In the second stage of development of the Nacala Port, it was planned the construction of a pier, on the South of the Maiaia bridge, and the extension to Southwest of the existing wall-pier, on the bridge´s north side.
The main pier is composed by a platform with 160 m length and 22m wide, and it´s main resistant element is a 0,60m reinforced concrete slab, supported on 186 piles.
